Arrived and found 2-maintenance workers working on the broken water line behind building #5. The pipe is a 2: galvenized pipe. The pipe is aged and worn. The pipe keeps breaking at different location. They did place the repair in and the pipe was leaking outside the patched area. The water was going to stay on at this time and they will have to keep checking the trench of filling up with the water from the leaks in the pipe. The management will have to call a plumbing contractor to check the line on being replaced through out the property. RV.} | |
