09/17/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed {Activity date: 09/17/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: VIDAL; Comment: Entered by VIDAL - Calls came in for no water to the property sinced yesterday. Arrived and found 2-maintenance workers working on the broken water line behind building #5. The pipe is a 2: galvenized pipe. The pipe is aged and worn. The pipe keeps breaking at different location. They did place the repair in and the pipe was leaking outside the patched area. The water was going to stay on at this time and they will have to keep checking the trench of filling up with the water from the leaks in the pipe. The management will have to call a plumbing contractor to check the line on being replaced through out the property. RV.}
12/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The 2" PVC pipe section has been replaced and repaired and was in-between building #4 and #5 where the maintenance was trying to replace the pipe and had to call a plumber to complete the work. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
