THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY HAS PRICKLY PEAR UP TO THE PAVEMENT AND NOT EXTENDING INTO THE STREET, NO DIFFERENT THAN MANY OF THE HOUSES IN THE AREA. I CHOOSE NOT TO ISSUE A VIOLATION AS THAT WOULD CAUSE US TO COMPLETE AN AREA SWEEP BEYOND THE CITIES CONTROL. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
