08/24/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Office called that the mobile home park has raw sewage on the property of space 57. Arrived and the mobile home is owned by the person living in the mobile home. The water was leaking from a sewer drainage line from a sump pump to the mobile home. A cap for a clean out has been removed and allowed the sewage to spill onto the ground of space 57 only. The owner of the mobile home had the cap removed and was advised that the cap needs to be replaced back on and to remain on. The owner stated that the cap was removed due to the amount of times it has back up into the mobile home. Did advise that when the mobile home backs up that they need to make contact with the management and they stated that they are letting the management know and nothing is done. The pipe was moved around in the sump pump drain and started to empty the hole which is approx. 4' x 5' x 10' deep. The hole was empty when leaving the site and the maintenance was going to get clorox and spray on top of the water and add clean water to dilute the sewage on the ground. The owner of the mobile home is being evicted from the property and has told the management before when backing up and had not been told on this issue. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
