08/22/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TEP SUPERVISOR WHO STATED A PERSON IN UNIT #1 HAS BEEN TRYING TO RECONNECT POWER TO THE TRAILER HE JUST MOVED INTO. OWNERs HAVE PROVIDEd POWER FROM THEIR UNIT #5 USING EXENSION CORDS UNTIL POWER CAN BE RE ENERGIZED. PREVIOUS TENANT LEFT OWING SEVERAL MONTHS OF ELECTRICAL BILLS, OWNERS WERE TRYING TO HELP OUT THE NEW OCCUPANT. EVERYONE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING, NEW OCCUPANT STATED HE WOULD FIND A FRIEND HE COULD STAY WITH UNTIL THE SITUATION WAS CLEARED UP. OWNERS OBTAINED INFORMATION ON HOW TO SECURE A PERMIT FOR THE ELCTRICAL RECCONECT. A EMERGENCY VACATED NOV WAS ISSUED TO THE OWNERS. TEP EXPLAINED TO THE OWNERS WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE FOR THE INSPECTION. OCCUPANT INFORMED A PLACARD WOULD BE POSTED FOR THE UNIT BEING UNFIT TO OCCUPY. UNIT WAS POSTED, NOV ISSUED AND CORD REMOVED AND PLACED BACK IN THE OWNERS YARD. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
