Arrived and T.P.D. was waiting for the warrant to be served. Once the warrant was brought to the site and the warrant was done. The house has no electrical since 7-25-22 and owes over 2,000.00 and was turned off by the daughter. The water was turned off on 8-15-22 for non payment. The house has no clear paths to doors and windows and toilets filled with human waste. The property has a large amount of traffic from the neighborhood. The property will be condemned and was being boarded up and has some broken windows. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. The daughter signed the paperwork on site and will need to have all the utilities back on before moving back in. Posted Do Not Enter on the front and side of the house. RV.
