ALL WINDOW AND DOOR OPENING ARE PROPERLY SECURED EXCEPT THE REAR DOOR THAT WAS BOARDED. THE REAR UNATTACHED CARPORT IS ALSO SECURED. THERE IS A 40 YARD DUMPSTER ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE FILLED WITH LEAVES TREE LIMBS AND SHRUBS, ALSO THE CARPORT HAS BEEN CLEANED OUT. THERE IS A WIRE TYPE FENCE ALONG THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW PEOPLE TO ENTER THE PROPERTY FROM THE ALLEY. REAR YARD HOWEVER, CAN BE ENTERED FROM THE SIDE YARDS. ALL UTILITIES ARE OFF. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
