01/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed 135 PM - Inspected complex w Inspector Goodman. Per Inspector Goodman, would appear bldgs. 100 & 200 South Side has been repaired, jacks and support in place on north side. Bldgs 100, 200, 300, 400 & 500 all have damaged beams, rotted/damaged posts. Bldg 600 posts in front of 601 & 602 1st & 2nd floor need repainting. Bldg 500 posts in front of 502 & cracked/leaning beam above 502. All of the observed damaged areas have temporary support in place and in the opinion of the senior inspector, there is no imminent hazard at this moment in time.
