08/13/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that a emergency blue stake was being done and electrical line was exposed. Arrived and a water line on Park Ave. has started to leak through the concrete surface. The water is coming out from behind the curb line, and into the 3rd line going south bound on Park Ave. The water department has been called and blue stake has been ordered on an emergency call. T.P.D. was on site and the area has cones at this time to block the area off where the water is coming out of the joints in the street. The water pressure has increased while on site. The water department has shut off some water valves in the street and no change of the water flow coming out of the joints on all areas. Barricades have been ordered and being placed under the overpass to block any traffic into the area where the water is coming out. No electrical line was exposed and has overhead lines. Did call streets and they stated only do street patches. At this time the case will be closed due to will be a water department issue and will address getting a contractor to the site to make the needed repairs. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
