PROPERTY MANAGER DISPATCHED A PLUMBER WITHOUT SUCCESS IN FINDING ANY SEWER LEAKS OR OPEN HOLES.
08/05/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GONZALEZ Approved UPON ARRIVAL MALE PACING THE STREET WITH PHONE CAMERA POINTED IN MY DIRECTION STATING HE IS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE AS I EXITED MY MARKED CITY VEHICLE WHILE WEARING THE DEPARTMENT'S ISSUED UNIFORM. AFTER WALKING AROUND THE REPORTED UNIT NUMBERS THERE IS NO SIGNS OF A LEAK, OPEN HOLE OR ANY TYPE OF RESIDUE INDICATING A LEAK. THE MALE WITH THE PHONE APPROACHED CODE ENFORCEMENT ASKING MY BUSINESS AND REQUESTING IDENTIFICATION. ONCE MALE WAS PROVIDED IDENTIFICATION AND STATED MY BUSINESS BEING ON THE PROPERTY, HE THEN INDICATED HE WAS THE CONSTITUENT. HE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE AREA OF THE SEWER LEAK AND SAID IT HAPPENED IN THE PAST. CODE ENFORCEMENT EXPLAINED TO THE CONSTITUENT THAT UNABLE TO TAKE ACTION FOR THINGS THAT ARE NOT ACTIVELY HAPPENING AND HIS CASE WILL BE CLOSED.
