Cherry Ave. I also contacted Integrity Realty, Property Manager regarding the property complaint. This property has 3 different addresses. 116, 118, 142 N. Cherry Ave. A permit was obtained under 118 N. Cherry Ave. for construction conducted in 2021. On 3/23/21 permit # T21CM00040 was issued and includes all three addresses. On 8/4/21 the permit was finaled by our Planning and Development Department. I reviewed the approved site plan and I inspected the property. I did not see any new structures except for a large roll off located on the lot. I contacted Integrity Realty, Manage. Property Manager stated Integrity Realty oversees a lot a student rental properties in the U of A area. The summer school session recently ended. In an effort to prevent illegal dumping, Integrity Realty proactively placed a roll off on 116 N. Cherry Ave because it is a large lot and is centrally located to their renters in the area. The roll off would allow a place for the student renters to discard refuse. Managfer mentioned a neighbor in the area complained to him about this roll off. He has scheduled the roll off to be hauled off 7/28/22. CLOSE CASE |
