Arrived and the owner was on site and had a friend getting water from next door and was not aware of the incident. The hose was removed and the owner is making payments and has missed a payment on the payment plan due to not able to work. The owner did let me check the interior of the house and was clean at this time. They have been getting water from the water stands for the house. Did find other people in the house and they were asked to leave while on site. The owner will be going to the water department to check if the payment plan still exist and check on making a payment. The owner was served a N.O.V. to Vacate and posted Do Not Enter on the front of the carport enclosed room. The owner will be securing the house when he leaves. All windows and doors will be able to be locked when secured. RV.}
