Arrived and the units have cleared the site and found a tech from public housing of the City of Tucson due to the house is listed for public housing. The issues is the outlet in the wall has shorted out and has happened several other times in other rooms. Will need to check if the outlets are the correct size of AMPS for the wire size. The is no fire damage to the structure and will be closing this case at this time due to public housing will address the issue with a electrical contractor. The meter will remain on from T.E.P. at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
