06/20/2022	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and all the units have cleared and the fire investigator on site checking for cause. The fire was on the exterior of the house in a metal bucket with burning some wood in the area and burned the overhang on the southeast corner of the house. The plywood and the fascia burned. The fire did not go into the interior of the house. The electrical was turned off and the gas was OK and was also turned off until the electrical is turned back on. The interior has a sub-panel that has been replaced with new and adding new wiring. The interior of the house has drywall that is lacking in different areas. The owner stated he purchased the house this way when he bought it. Has new conduit for outlets to the interior of the house going into the main electrical panel. Has a water heater that is lacking the vent pipe through the roof and the enclosure for the water heater. Has a broken window by the fire area and the owner stated that was already broken. The owner signed the paperwork and will be locking the house once he gathers his items to stay at his parents house. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window and told the owner to not be in the house after dark. Found no permits for work that is currently being done on the property. Has a large amout of storage of water heater, air conditions, and other applainces on the east side of the yard space. Will be doing a N.O.V. to have the area cleaned up with an estimated cost for the City of Tucson to clean the property. RV.
06/29/2022	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The property is vacant and secured and will be closing the case at this time. The owner will be working with the insurance company to have the damage repaired. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
