06/08/2022	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Was called to the site due to a vehicle hit the bottom unit and damage to the southeast walls. The bottom unit is being vacated at this time due to the damage to the wood framing and part of the wall is lacking. There is no damage to the this upper unit at this time but will be vacating this unit due to above the damage unit and will need to be check if the unit can be occupied before the tenant moving back into the unit. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter on the front door and the tenant is being placed in another unit on the property. Will be going into a hotel for the night. The manager signed the paperwork. Did let the tenant grab some items and did go over that the management will need to let the tenant back into the unit if needs to get any thing else out of the unit after today. The unit secured by the tenant. The electrical was left on at this time. RV.
07/06/2022	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit is vacant and secured and the management is still working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to do the work. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
