06/03/2022	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		Passed	{Activity date: 06/03/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: VIDAL; Comment: Entered by VIDAL - Office called that T.P.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and the units still on site and a vehicle hit the wood frame wall at the property line with wood columns and than hit the structure. The interior of the units have no damage but the wall for the walk way has been damage on the 1st floor. The upper floor has no damage and the unit above unit D was not home and not able to check that unit. The wall has a trimmer and the king stud removed and had a double wood beam approx. 12' with curved comers over the opening for the porch. The other beam was still supported due to that area not damaged. The wall in-between the beams has been pushed in and will need to be removed and re-framed. The upper floor for the walkway is cantilevered and has no damage. Has electrical in the wall for the lighting in the porch lighting has been damaged. The units have their own lighting for each unit and those are working. The porch lighting has been removed at the breaker due to damaged wiring. All the units will be able to be occupied and the porch will need to be cleaned. The owner was installing a 4 x 4 wood post to support the wood beam at this time until the work is going to be done. Did go over that a permit is required for the work to be done. The owner signed the paperwork and went over the issues needed to be done. Was on site with inspector Tidwell. RV.}
12/28/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		Passed	The repairs have been completed on the porch and the wall in the front of the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
