Did talk to the management and they are working on the water line due to the water line broke. Met with the plumber from Roto Rooter and the line broke in the ground due to age and the main line to the units in the rear needs to be replaced. The water was off to only a few units and all the other units were on. At the time of the inspection the water was already turned back on all the tenants that I talk to said the water was on. The plumber will be getting with the management on replacing the main lines to the section that are in the rear of the complex. At this time all issues have been addressed and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
