05/24/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called and on site with a vacant and unsecured. Arrived and the units were clearing the structures and found no one in the units. All the structures have been cleared. Not able to make contact with the owners or a representative for the property. Found on main structure with one door opened and one window made where the wood siding was pulled off. Has 2-small structures with the doors opened and not able to secure. Called the Acting supervisor Juan Valdez to get permission to have the property secured. Was given permission and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did do the re-posting of Do Not Enter on the structures and posted the N.O.V. to Vacate on the main building. The property is vacant and not being used at this time and are being told that the business listed for the property is no longer in business. Someone showed to the site to look at the property to purchased and may have been sold already. Left my phone number to call back and had no phone calls on the property from an architect and another person. Has gates to the property opened and are over the tracks and will check on placing locks on the gates. RV.
05/26/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The property is vacant and secured. The case will be referred to T22DV02306 for same issues and may be demo'ed but will have to open another case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
