THERE ARE 4-5 PALO VERDE TREES GROWING ALONG CHESIN ST AS THIS IS A CORNER PROPERTY. SPOKE WITH OWNER WHO STATED THE TREES WERE THERE WHEN HE MOVED IN. HE HAS CONTINUED TO TRIM AND MAINTAIN TREES. TREES ARE CUT BACK AND ABOVE THE SIDEWALK AREA. I HAVE NO ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
