ABLE TO VIEW RAFTERS AND SHEETING, THEY ARE IN TACT WITH HEAVE SMOKE AND LITTLE FIRE DAMAGE. MULTIPLE INSPECTION HOLES IN HALLWAY, SECOND BEDROOM, LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN AREA, EXPOSING INSULATION. THERE IS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE AND SOME FIRE HEAT DAMAGE TO ALL ROOMS TO INCLUDE INTERIOR NON BEARING AND BEARING WALL COVERINGS. ELECTRICAL: THE FIRE DAMAGE ZONE HAS MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE. MELTED ELECTRICAL WIRING EXPOSED. UNAPPROVED WIRING METHODS FOUND AT THE 2 SERVICE PANELS LOCATED IN REAR OF BUILDING, EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING AND IS NOT CODE COMPLIANT. POWER WAS DISCONNECTED BY TEP AND WILL REQUIRE CITY CLEARANCE TO RECONNECT. PLUMBING: NO GAS TO UNIT. INTERIOR PLUMBING NOT CODE COMPLIANT. MECHANICAL: MILD TO HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE TO VENTALATION SYSTEM. REMARKS: THIS TRIPLEX IS NOW CONDEMNED AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS AND UTILITY RECONNECTS.
