07/26/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, A DUPLEX THAT HAD WINDOWS PROPERLY SECURED. DOORS HAD WROUGHT IRON SECURITY DOORS, FRONT DOORS WERE OPER BUT SECURITY DOOR LOCKED. I WALKED THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE AND OPENINGS WERE SECURED. REAR YARD WAS FENCED BY A 6 FT WOOD FENCE AROUND THE ENTIRE REAR YARD. THE PROPERTY IS FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS AND WELL MAINTAINED. INSIDE OF THE 2 UNITS WERE EMPTY AND NO SIGNS OF SQUATTERS. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
