The agent informed me that she was fully aware of the issues and is currently working to abate the violations and is experiencing problems evicting the previous owner. The VA has the sheriffs office involved with the pending eviction. The previous owner is scheduled for a 01/25/2023 court date and the VA cannot enter the property until the previous owner is removed by the proper authorities. I will be in constant coordination with the real estate agent to determine what date they will be allowed to enter the property to clean it. | |
