front window is broken, back door is not safely installed. shower and toilet not draining backing up from bottom of toilet. 4/22/2022 Tenant sent email complaint: Upon move in my front window, back door, and plumbing needed to be replaced and fixed. My landlord has not resolved these issues and I’m unable to use the bathroom, stove does not work so unable to cook. Also there are two easy entryway and I’m concerned for my safety.

05/26/2022 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-11(b) (2) COOLING. Every dwelling unit, guest room, and congregate residence shall be provided, in at least one habitable room, with either mechanical cooling or an alternate cooling method. Cooling facilities shall be installed and maintained in a safe condition and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and shall be capable of providing adequate cooling, appropriate for the climate, to assure a safe living environment. Evaporative cooling shall be maintained to be free of excessive rust, corrosion or mineral deposits that limit proper operation. Mechanical fans or portable evaporative cooling devices may only be used on a temporary basis as the sole source of cooling when the permanent cooling system is being repaired or replaced.
