SEVERAL INSPECTORS HAVE BEEN CALLED TO THE PROPERTY AND REAR STRUCTURE BOARDED BY MYSELF AND RICHARD VIDAL. I LOOKED FOR A HOSE BIB AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE TO CHECK FOR WATER BUT FOUND NONE.I KNOCKED ON THE FRONT DOOR AND WINDOW, HEARD A DOG BARKING INSIDE BUT NOBODY ANSWERED THE DOOR. I FOUND THE GAS HOOK UP FOR THE GAS METER BUT METER HAD BEEN REMOVED. I CONTACTED TEP TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS ELECTRIC TO THE STRUCTURE, SPOKE WITH TEP WHO INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS PRESENTLY ELECTRIC TO THE STRUCTURE BUT THEY ARE A CANDIDATE TO HAVE ELCECTRIC TURNED OFF DUE TO LACK OF PAST PAYMENTS. THERE WAS A WINDOW MISSING ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE, I YELLED INSIDE BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. THERE WAS A HEAVY WROUGHT IRON DOOR IN FRONT OF THE MISSING GLASS. I DECIDED NOT TO ENTER THE STRUCTURE.}
06/29/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed {Activity date: 06/29/2022; Status: Approved; Inspector: GOODMAN; Comment: Entered by GOODMAN - REVISITED SITE, KNOCKED ON DOOR AGAIN NO ANSWER, TO DAY I WALKED INTO THE BACK YARD AND FOUND A HOSE BIB IN THE TALL GRASS AND WEEDS, TURNED IT ON AND THERE IS STILL NO WATER. CONTACTED TEP, THEY STATED THAT THEY MISSED THE WINDOW TO TURN POWER OFF BECAUSE OF THE HEAT MORATORIUM, SO ELECTRIC REMAINS ON. WENT IN AND WALKED THE REAR YARD I DID HEAR A WINDOW A/C UNIT RUNNING, I AGAIN HEARD THE DOG. PER JUAN VALDEZ I POSTED THE FRONT AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE WITH CONDEMNATION PLACARDS AND WILL FOLLOW UP WITH A ON CALL INSPECTION THIS COMING WEEKEND.}
