THERE ARE (2) 3 X 4 WINDOWS BROKEN AND THE EASTSIDE DOOR TO THE ADDITION. ELECTRICAL: ALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND WIRING ARE BURNT, BARE AND DAMAGED DUE TO FIRE AND WATER. THE METER TO THE PEDESTAL WAS REMOVED BY TEP AND THE MAIN BREAKER IS OFF. MASTER METERED SYSTEM PLUMBING GAS METER PINNED OFF. GAS FIRED WATER HEATER IS BURNT WITH THE GAS LINE DISCOLORED FROM THE HEAT MECHANICAL: MAJOR SMOKE REMARKS: PERMITS REQUIRED. THE UNIT WAS SECURED BY BOARDING UP WINDOWS AND DOORS. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED |
