10/11/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved NOV HAD BEEN RESENT TO MAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. ADITIONAL COMPLAINTS WERE ADDED TO THE NOV. ALL ISSUES INCLUDED OPEN SEWER LINE FROM INDIVIDUAL UNIT. ELECTRICAL ISSUE CONCERNING OPEN BOX EXPOSED WIRING, ELECRICAL SERVICE PANEL NEEDING TO BE LOCKED OUT. HANDICAP RAMP FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM NEEDING TO BE REPLACED. GRASS AND WEEDS IN 9 EMPTY LOTS WITH THE TRAILER PARK AND GRASS AND WEEDS ON THE SIDEWALK AREAS AND ALLEY AND GRAFFITI. A EALIER INSPECTION FOUND THE SERVICE PANEL LOCKED OUT, THE INDIVIDUAL LOT SEWER LINE CAPPED, THE OPEN ELECTRICAL BOX WAS WIRED NUTTED, TAPED AND LOCKED OUT AND THE RAMP TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM EXTENDED. TODAYS INSPECTION FOUND THE GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS IN NINE LOTS WAS ABATED (ADDITIONAL LOTS CLEANED. THE SIDEWALKS AND ALLEY CLEANED FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS, TRASH AND DEBRIS. THE SIDEWALK AREAS ALSO CLEANED AND TREES TRIMMED. GRAFFITI WAS ABATED COMPLETING ALL ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
