07/14/2022 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | GOODMAN | Approved | MET WITH TFD INSPECTOR JOE CASTRO AT BOTH 1240 W AJO AND 1310 W AJO, SAME OWNERS. BECAUSE WE WERE TAKING ON 2 BIG PROJECTS WITH ALOT OF THE SAME CONCERNS IT WAS DECIDED TO PROCEED WITH 1240 W AJO WHICH WILL BE VERY TIME CONSUMING BECAUSE OF MULTIPLE ISSUES RANGING FROM HOMELESSNESS, SHOOTINGS RESULTING IN DEATH, MINIMUM HOUSING ISSUES NOT BEING ADDRESSED, EXTERIOR ISSUES NOT BEING ADDRESSED, AND BUILDING #1 NOT BEING COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN, BEING BROKEN INTO CONSISTANTLY AND NO POWER OR PERMITS. IT WAS AGREED THAT 1240 WOULD BE ADDRESSED FIRST AND THEN 1310 THAT HAS ALOT OF THE SAME ISSUES. WE WILL CLOSE AND THEN REOPEN THE CASE ON 1310 AT A LATER DATE. |
