08/26/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The unit has a new tenant and has no complaints on the unit. Did meet with the management and she moved out in April and gave no notice of moving out. The management did check the unit for roaches and had treated before the call was made and they found no roaches but was treated. The management thinks that the sister was living in the unit and the person that got the lease was not living in the unit. The unit is very clean and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
