MET WITH THE OCCUPANT OF UNIT 246 WHO EXPLAINED THAT HE STARTED SMELLING SEWER SMELLS FROM HIS KITCHEN AREA, IT WAS CALLED IN TO THE OWNER AND A PLUMBING COMPANY DID COME AND REPLACE A BROKEN PORTION OF THE SEWER LINE. OCCUPANT STATED HE HAS HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE. ISSUE HAVE BEEN ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
