03/15/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MEET WITH MANAGER WHO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THE APT COMPLEX HAS BEEN SOLD TO A NEW OWNER AND A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER, SCOTIA GROUP WILL ALSO BE TAKING OVER AS PROPERTY MANAGER AT THE END OF THE MONTH. THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT IS ALREADY DOWN SIZING PEOPLE AND MAINTANENCE, PEST CONTROL WILL BE DIFFERENT AS WELL SCOTIA GROUP WILL BRING IN THEIR OWN PEST CONTROL COMPANY. FOR NOW THE PRESENT GROUP WILL PROVIDE GEL BAIT TO THOSE RESIDENTS REQUESTING PEST CONTROL AND UNIT 1132 ALREADY HAS A WORK ORDER #84029 AND GEL BAIT SHOULD BE PROVIDED BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK. I MET WITH THE RESIDENTWHO WOULD NOT COME OUT OF THE APARTMENT DUE TO BEING SICK. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND TOLD HER MAINTANENCE WOULD BE OUT TO PROVIDE THE GEL BAIT TO THE UNIT. I GAVE HER MY CARD AND ASKED IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLES THAT SHE CONTACT ME. THERE ARE NO FURTHER ISSUES AT THIS UNIT. C/E MAY RECEIVE ADDITONAL CALLS DUE TO THE AGGREMENT AND CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
