03/18/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, HAD THIS PROPERT A YEAR AGO AND WORKED WITH OWNER TO THROUGHLY CLEAN THE PROPERTY, REMOVING VEHICLES, SCREENING VEHICLES, REMOVING PALETS , REMOVING TRASH AND DEBRIS AND UNWANTED MATERIALS, AND CUTTING GRASS AND WEEDS. THE DRIVE WAY IN FRONT OF THE STRUCTURE REMAINS THE SAME AS IT DID AT THE TIME OF THE LAST ABATEMENT. THE ONLY CHANGE TODAY IS THAT THERE IS A CAMPING TYPE TRAILER IN THE REAR YARD AREA, I CAN ONLY SEE THE TOP PORTION OF THE TRAILER BECAUSE THE OWNER HAS A TALL FENCE AROUND THE PROPERTY. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO INFORMED ME THAT HIS SON IS BUILDING THE CAMPING TRAILER, THEY BROUGHT IT TO THE HOUSE TO COMPLETE THE WORK. I HAVE NO ISSUES WITH THE TRAILER BEHIND THE APPROX 7 FT FENCING. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
