03/12/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, I FOUND NO CARS ON THE SIDEWALK, THERE WAS A CAR AT THIS ADDRESS AND ONE NEXT DOOR PARKED LEGALLY ON THE STREET. THE FENCE WAS NOT OVERHANGING THE SIDEWALK AREA. I SPOKE TO THE OWNER WHO STATED THE PROBLEM WAS SHE HAD A YARD SALE OVER THE WEEKEND AND THERE WERE PEOPLE PARKED EVERYWHERE ON THE STREET. THIS OWNER HAS SINCE APPOLIGIZED TO THE NEIGHBOR AS THEY HAVE BEEN LONG TIME FRIENDS. THERE ARE NO FURTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
