Moisture / condensation lives all over the apt. it feel like there is leakage insisde the walls and the ceiling specially where the water heater is at, in the kitchen, and in the master bedroom, and all around the trim of the house, there is bubbles building up looks like water bubbles. management has gone out to cut out pieces of the walls to replace and the problems is still there.
