I LATER RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER STATING THEY HAD HEARD BACK FROM THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED HER HEAT WAS RESTORED 4-6 WEEKS AGO AND IS NOT HAVING ANY RECENT PROBLEMS. THERE ARE NO NEW ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
