MAPS SHOWED THE AREA EAST OF SOUTH 6TH AV, DREXEL TO BILBY, AS BEING OWNED BY UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD, THEY BASICALLY OWN THE AREA EAST OF SOUTH 6TH TO SOUTH 1ST AVE THE NEXT STREET EAST. THERE IS NO EASMENT, THE ROW FOR THE HOUSES ALONG SOUTH 1ST IS CLEAN NO ILLEGAL DUMPING OR TRASH AND DEBRIS. I CONTACTED UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD AND LEFT INFORMATION OF THE COMPLAINT AND AFFECTED AREAS. WILL REFER THE CASE.
