I CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL BOX, IT WAS PROPERLY WIRED AND LIKE BREAKERS, THE CONDUIT TO THE PANEL ALL PAINTED. THE A/C DID NOT LOOK NEW, AND WE COULD NOT GET INSIDE BECAUSE THE OCCUPANT WAS NOT AT HOME. THE OWNER WAS PUTTING TURF THRU OUT THE FRONT YARD, THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF DIGGING ANYWHERE ON THE ROW/ SIDEWALK AREA.I DID FIND A COMBO PERMIT FOR THE GAS LINE, THIS COMPLAINT AND A EMERGENCY INSPECTION FOR A CAR INTO THE BUILDING. THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF NEW CONSTRUCTION ON THE EXTERIOR. HOUSE EXTEROR WAS PART BLOCK PART T-111 SIDING AS WERE THE NEIGHBORING HOUSES. I CHECKED PERMITS PLUS AND FOUND NO CHANES TO THE ROOF STRUCTURE. THE EVES AND FACIA ALL PAINTED THE SAME AS THE T-111. I ASKED IF EMPLOYESS HAD ANY GRUDGES, OWNER STATED LIKE ANY OWNER IF EMPLOYESS ARE FOUND NOT DOING THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO, HE HAS TO LET THEM GO BUT HAS NOT FIRED ANYONE RECENTLY. OWNER OWNS AND USED TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET IT IS WELL LANDSCAPED AND WELL MAINTAINED. OWNER STATED HE JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR TO THE HOUSE IN QUESTION AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF REMOVING MUCH OF THE LANDSCAPING AROUND THE HOUSE AND CLEANING UP. I HAVE NO PROOF OF WORK WITH OUT PERMITS. ROOF STRUCTURE HAS NOT CHANGED AND THERE ARE ONLY 3 ENTRIES IN PERMITS PLUS. NO VIOLATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
