02/28/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, WALKED THE PROPERTY, I FOUND THE PAVED PARKING LOTS TO CEAN, FREE OF TRASH AND DEBRIS. I FOUND THE SIDE WALK AREAS TO BE BRICK FROM THE PAVEMENT OF THE PARKING AREA TO THE CURB, THERE WERE TREES ON THE INCLUDED IN THE SIDEWALK AREA BUT NO GRASS OR WEEDS. MANAGER OF PEP BOYS STATED THE PARKING AREAS ARE CLEANED EVERY MORNING BY THE STAFF. THERE WAS NO HOMELESS CAMP. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE
