I SPOKE TO THE LANDSCAPER WHO INFORMED ME HE WORKS FOR THE PROPERTY MANTANENCE COMPANY AZ RENTALS, HE STATED THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HOMELESS ON THE PROPERTY. I CHECKED THE YARD AND BOTH STRUCTURES, FOUND THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND BOTH STRUCTURES SECURED. THERE WAS NO GRASS OR WEEDS, TRASH OR DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY . PROPERTY MUST BE 2-4 PARCELS. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
