05/10/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND A DUMPSTER IN THE FRONT OF THE PROPRETY. I FOUND THE LANDSCAPERS ON THE PROPERTY. THE STRUCTURE IS VACANT AND SECURED. IT HAS SOME BROKEN WINDOWS. I SPOKE TO THE LANDSCAPER WHO INFORMED ME HE WORKS FOR THE PROPERTY MANTANENCE COMPANY AZ RENTALS, HE STATED THEY HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HOMELESS ON THE PROPERTY. I CHECKED THE YARD AND BOTH STRUCTURES, FOUND THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND BOTH STRUCTURES SECURED. THERE WAS NO GRASS OR WEEDS, TRASH OR DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY . PROPERTY MUST BE 2-4 PARCELS. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
