HE STATED HE THINKS PEOPLE ARE STEALING HIS POWER, I WALKED THE PARK AND SAW NO EXTENSION CORDS, BUT A LITTLE UNSURE OF THE METERS, I CONTACTED THE BILLING COMPANY WHO EXPLAINED THE BILLING TO ME STATED THEY HAD A METER READER OUT THE PREVIOUS DAY AND THAT INSPECTION IS FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE WHICH WAS CONFUSING FOR ME, BUT THEN I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER OF THE PARK WHO ALSO STATED THE BILLING CHARGE WAS ONE MONTH BEHIND AND OWNERS PAY FOR 2 MONTHS OF UTILITIES UP FRONT. OWNER STATED HE WOULD MEET ME THE NEXT DAY ON SITE. |
02/10/2022 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GOODMAN | Approved | VISITED SITE, MET WITH THE OWNER OF THE TRAILER PARK, WE WALKED THE PEDESTALS FOR EACH UNIT AND HE SHOWED ME THAT EACH UNIT HAD ITS OWNE PEDESTAL THAT WAS PROPERLY MARKED FOR EACH TRAILER AND PEDESTAL NUMER MATCHED THE TRAILER NUMBER OWNER ALSO REACHED OUT AND PROVIDED HELP FOR THE COMPLAINTANT TO ELDERLY OUTREACH AND 2 OTHER PROGRAMS THAT MAY BE ABLE TO HELP OWNER OF UNIT 10 PAY HIS UTILITIES. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS AND OWNER ADMITTED THAT WHEN HE GOT IT IN HIS HEAD THAT THERE WAS A POSSIBLE ISSUE, THAT HE COULD NOT SEE CORRECT BILLING OUTCOME BECAUSE OF THE SIGNIFICANT JUMP IN HIS BILL. NO OTHER ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
