04/28/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND THE ADDRESS TO BE A SMALL APT COMPLEX WITH 6 UNITS PER SIDE FOR A TOTAL OF 12 UNITS. I WALKED THE COMPLEX SPOKE TO ONE OF THE OCCUPANTS WHO STATED SHE KNEW OF ONLY 2 VACANT UNITS ON THE EAST SIDE. I CHECKED THOSE UNITS AND THEY WERE SECURED. EACH UNIT HAD BARS ON THE WINDOWS AND A WROUGHT IRON SECURITY DOOR. WALKED THE REAR AND FOUND DOORS LOCKED. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
