05/25/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the tenant and the property is a rental. The tenant is housing 4-people at this time from the church. He does not give medication at any time and does prep the peoples food that the people provide. All the sleeping and common areas have working smoke detectors and has a fire extinguisher in the kitchen area. The exits are marked and the tenant is home at all times. The house is cleaned including the rear yard area. The house is a 3-bedroom with a living room and dinning room. The owner has called the State for information and question on what she is doing on the property. She is also working with Section 8 and will have it occupied by Section 8 soon. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
