THERE ARE SOME SMALL SECTIONS THAT HAVE PLANTER AREAS, NO WEEDS. WEEDS HAVE BEEN CUT DOWN TO THE GROUND IN THOSE AREAS AND GRASS IN THE STREET ALSO CUT. TRASH WAS VERY MINIMAL, INSPECTOR PICKED UP MINOR TRASH ABATING BOTH ISSUES. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
