Has a unit above and when the plumbing is used the water leaks to the bottom unit in the hall bathroom. The walls and ceiling have bubbles where the water is leaking in the walls and the ceiling. The area has been patched several times and will need to be removed and checked for mold. The water is off at the valve for the 2-units and if needs water will need to turn the valve back on and once done using the water, need to turn the valve off. Did go over on shutting the unit down due to lacking the water and need to look for a place to stay. Did meet with the management and asking for a license plumber to do the work. This has been going on for some time and the leak was never repaired. At the time of the inspection, the area was dry. The manager got a plumber and coming after 1:00 pm. Will be checking the unit about 4:00 pm to check the status of the repairs.
