I THEN CALLED THE MANAGER AND ASKED IF HE AND A MAINTANENCE PERSON COULD GO TO THE OCCUPANTS UNIT AND SHOW HER HOW TO TURN THE HEAT ON AND OR USE THE THERMOSTAT, AND I ASKED HE CALL ME BACK WHEN COMPLETED. MANAGER CALLED ME BACK AND STATED THAT HE AND THE MAINTANENECE PERSON WENT TO UNIT 2A AND SHOWED HE HOW TO ADJUST THE UNIT, TURN IT ON AND OFF ETC.. I THEN CONTACTED THE OCCUPANT WHO ALSO CONFIRMED MANAGER AND MAINTANENCE WERE THERE AND THAT SHE DOES HAVE HEAT. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THAT OCCUPANT HAS TOLD ME SHE HAS HEAT. MANAGER STATED SHE CALLS HIM CONSTENTLY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
