I VISITED THE SITE MET WITH THE OWNER OF AMBASSADOR JEWELERS WHO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT HE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE MOVED OUT OF THIS PROPERTY TO ANOTHER BUT THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED YET. SO YES HE IS STILL WORKING OUT OF THE PROPERTY AND THE SIGN REMAINS ON AT NIGHT JUST LIKE ALL OTHER BUSINESS SIGNS IN TUCSON. THERE IS A BLACK TYPE OF SCREEN THAT COVERS THE SIGN BOTH SIDES THAT MAKES THIS SIGN LESS BRIGHT. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
