Caller states that the duplex at 214 W Laguna St, is not sweeping up sand and dirt coming from their resident parking lot. It is spewed all over the sidewalk and into the street, so when cars leave there is dust everywhere from their accelerating. We have entered a service request to have area swept but there is still the matter of sand/dirt along the sidewalk and the owner maintaining the resident parking lot.
