01/13/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved THIS IS MY 2ND CALL CONCERNING A STRUCTURE ON THIS PROPERTY, I CHECKED MAPS SEVERAL TIMES AND MAPS SHOWS THE STRUCTURE ON THE OWNERS PROPERTY WITHIN THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE PARCEL. I CONTACTED ZONING ADMINISTRATOR RUSSLYN WELLS WHO PULLED UP THE PROPERTY AND TOGETHER WENT OVER THE LAYERS OF THE PROPERTY WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE. RUSSLYN ALSO STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT SEE ANY THING IN MAPS THAT SHOWS A PROPTECTED PEAK SETBACK. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNERS TWICE AND LEFT MESSAGES TO LEARN ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROTECTED PEAK SET BACK. I CAN ONLY SEE THE PROPERTIES TO THE EAST BEING OWNED BY THE STARR PASS HOA AND THIS MAY BE A CIVIL MATTER. I WILL CHECK WITH MARK CASTRO AT DSD/ ZONING.
