01/11/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, UPON ARRIVAL FOUND NO BLUE VAN ABANDONED IN THE STREET. I DID FIND TWO SMALL PALM TREES BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK AREA. I MET AND SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THE BLUE VAN WAS NOT ABANDONED AND RUNNING, BELONGING TO A FRIEND WHO WAS VISITING. I ASKED IF HE WAS OK WITH ME TRIMMING THE PALM TREE AND HE SAID HAVE AT IT. TREES WERE TRIMMED AWAY FROM THE SIDEWALK AND TRIMMINGS DUMPED AT COT TRANSFER STATION. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
