The condition of a building or structure that meets any or all of the following is a public nuisance, is a violation of this chapter, and subjects the building or structure to abatement as provided in Article VI of this chapter, including demolition as provided in section 16-65: (3) The building, structure or any portion thereof has been damaged by fire, earthquake, wind, flood or any other cause, to such an extent that the structural strength or stability thereof is materially less than it was before the damage and is less than the minimum requirements of the building code for new buildings of similar structure, purpose or location.

ALL LOAD BEARING WEIGHT OF THE OVERHANG IS RESTING ON THE FRONT OF THE SEMI TRACTOR ENGINE COMPARTMENT WEST OUTER PORTION OF THE OVERHANG IS A LARGE CEMENT SLAB APPROX 8 FEET TALL AND 40 FEET LONG. IT IS RESTING ON THE GROUND ON THE NORTH PORTION AND STILL RESTING ON THE CONCRETE COLUMN LOCATED AGAINST THE BUILDING THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE OUTER OVERHANG IS ALSO A LARGE CONCRETE SLAB. APPROX 8 FEET BY 25 FEET. THE LOAD OF THE SLAB IS RESTING ON THE THE ENGINE BLOCK OF THE SEMI TRACTOR. THE OTHER END IS STILL ATTACHED TO A CONCRETE COLUMN THAT ABUTTS THE OFFICE AREA. THERE IS SEPERATION OF REBAR FROM THE COLUMN TO THE SLAB. APPEARS TO ALSO HAVE TWO STEEL TUBE CONNECTORS BETWEEN THE OVERHANG AND MAIN BUILDING. THE REMAINDER OF INTERIOR CONNECTIONS AREA CONSIST OF 4 ENGINEERED I-BEAMS WITH 2X6 JOISTS. FINISHED WITH STANDARD DRYWALL. EASTERN PORTION OF THE OFFICE HAS BEEN SECURED AND WILL NOT BE APPROVED FOR USE UNTIL AFTER DEMOLITION OR APPROVAL FROM A STRUCTUAL ENGINEER DOCKS 23 AND 24 HAVE ALSO BEEN SECURE AND NOT APPROVED FOR USE UNTIL AFTER DEMOLITION OR APPROVAL FROM A STRUCTUAL ENGINEER. ISOLATED OUTSIDE LIGHTING TO THE OVERHANG AS WELL. STRUCTURUAL ENGINEER AND CONTRACTOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO EVALUATE DAMAGE AND COURSE OF ACTION FOR DEMOLISHMENT PRIOR TO REMOVING TRUCK FROM THE AREA. MUST BE SECURED BY FENCING TO PROHIBIT ACCESS TO DAMAGED AREA FACILITY MANAGER ON SITE
