12/10/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called that T.F.D. on site with a hoarding case. Arrived and the T.F.D. crisis team was on site to assist on getting the house secured. The house was locked and had to call a locksmith to make a key to enter the house. The owner has been transported to the V.A. hospital and they had a hard time getting the owner out of the house. The side door to the dinning and the kitchen area was opened and was able to see the hoarding condition and they have said that the bedroom and the living room are worse. Took pictures of the dinning and kitchen area. The house will be condemned due to hoarding and no clear paths to the doors and windows. Did call Laurie Pumphery for approval and removing the utilities and securing the house. The electric and the gas will be removed at the meters due to the condition of the house. The rear yard has storage through out and the rear porch if filled with items. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate on the front window. Did place screws on the front metal screen doors to the house and the wooden door to the storage room have screws also after locking the locks. The windows have roller shades and are all in the down position at this time with manual handles on the interior of the house. Did talk to the neighbors and let them know that the owner has been taken from the house and no one should be in the house uless the owner is on site. RV.
12/16/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The house is vacant and secured and at this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
