12/10/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Coimmunication called that T.F.D. on site where the exhaust fan blowers were not running. T.F.D. was leaving the site and the disconnect to the blowers was turned off. Did call the captain for T.F.D. and was going to the site. Arrived and the management was on site and the electrical was on to the building but lacking the exhaust fans for the grills due to the disconnect off on the roof. The maintenance came to the site and was able to have the exhausts fans turned back on and all are working. The grills were turned back on to heat the oil and the plates to have on warm. There was no damage to the building or the equipment and the business will be able to open once they are ready to open. The health department was not coming to the site. The Heath Department talk to the manager and they went over the temp on the refrigerator and the food that was opened on the serving tray. That was all thrown away and all other food was in closed packages and able to save those items. Did the N.O.V. and was not served due to all was working while on site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
